The first thing you will notice is the lava pool right in front of you.

The other bathroom is downstairs, accessible from the hallway.
That was the interior of the penthouse, not that big but you know, Icelandic rockstars are not that well known yet. Therefore it is not so expensive to live in San Myshuno art district then it is in Del Sol Valley.
The terraces
Time to explore the terraces. This one can be entered from the music studio. There is another bar and turntable and also a dance floor for late night parties.
Furthermore a foosball table and the bubble machine.
Look at the coloured windows these serves for privacy in the bed and bathroom. They are inspired by the colours of an ice-cave.
Coming downstairs it is gone dark and the lava pool is even more impressive. From the outdoor whirlpool you can see over the whole art district. Next to it there is a sauna if you get cold.
After sauna a bath in the cold water pool is necessary. Look there is a 3rd bar!
Rockstars simply love to drink and jam...
In the back there is the bbq area surrounded by low green vegetation. If you get drunk you just don't wanna get lost in forests.
And last but not least you can play basketball here.
